Abstract
Background: Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is an important health problem and has a socio-economic impact on society because of the high cost of treatment, the length of time for treatment, and other supporting examinations needed in the treatment process. Prevention efforts through early detection and control efforts are very important. Objective: Designing a telehealth solution using a smart watch to carry out early detection of Coronary Heart Risk at the UGM Korpagama Clinic. Research Methods: The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with an action research design, and for the evaluation of this solution using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. Results: The process of utilizing a wearable device (smart watch) as a tool for early detection of coronary heart disease risk can be carried out using a benchmark of the user's BPM or heart rate value. 5. Patient acceptance of using a smartwatch is quite acceptable, this is evidenced by the results of the SUS data showing that the SUS results are classified as "Enough" which means that the use of wearable devices can be well received by users and can be immediately implemented to support future health services. Conclusion: The features in the gamamedik application can run as they should and can help users monitor their health based on visit history and beats per minute (bpm). Keywor
