Abstract
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), as a psychological assessment tool, is widely used in personality analysis and behavior research, offering significant benefits for individuals and workplaces. This paper employs literature review and case study methods to examine the application of MBTI in society and the workplace and its impact on individuals and organizations. The findings reveal that MBTI has not only undergone more detailed and in-depth research in its early application fields but has also gradually expanded into new contexts, providing a more comprehensive explanation of the relationship between personality and behavior. The study demonstrates that the application of MBTI provides critical decision-making support in areas such as personal development, employee recruitment, and team building. It helps individuals better understand their preferences and traits, thereby optimizing career choices and enhancing job satisfaction. This research summarizes the practical significance of MBTI in various fields and offers reference directions for future studies and applications.
