SULPHUR.

Abstract

The past few years have seen sulfur consumption continue to outpace production, thus generating record price levels - a situation rare in today's mining industry. Will the poor economic state of the fertilizer industry, however, moderate sulfur demand? Will increased production from the U. S. S. R. and Poland push supply ahead of demand once more? The author examines these and other possibilities in the light of recent events.
