Abstrak Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui pengaruh total quality management, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian kuantitatif menekankan pada penilaian numerik atas fenomena yang dipelajari. Peneliti menggunakan 2 (dua) pendekatan penelitian, yakni pendekatan penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan penelitian eksploratif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Primer. Data diperoleh langsung dari Informan yang dipilih secara Purposive, sementara Responden yang terpilih secara acak (Random Sampling) pemilihan responden didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa populasi relatif homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Budaya organisasi terhadap total quality management, dan kinerja perusahaan. Begitu pula variabel total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kata kunci: Total quality management; budaya organisasi; kinerja perusahaan The effect of total quality management, and organizational culture on company performance Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of total quality management, organizational culture on company performance. Quantitative research emphasizes the numerical assessment of the phenomena studied. Researchers used 2 (two) research approaches, namely descriptive research approach and exploratory research approach. The data used in this study is primary data. Data were obtained directly from informants who were selected purposively, while respondents were selected randomly (random sampling). The selection of respondents was based on the assumption that the population was relatively homogeneous. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and total quality management and company performance. Likewise, the total quality management variable has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, organization culture has no positive and significant effect on company performance.
