Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology with the potential to revolutionise the banking industry by offering personalised and tailored financial solutions to customers. This study investigates the impact of AI on personalised banking services. Through the analysis of current AI-driven banking applications and case studies, this research explores the advantages and challenges of implementing AI in personalising banking services. Moreover, it examines the implications of AI on customer experience, data privacy and overall operational efficiency in the banking sector.
