La interpretación conforme a la Constitución

Abstract

En estas líneas se analiza el principio de interpretación conforme a la Constitución y su vinculación al Estado Constitucional de derecho. También se analizan los límites a esta interpretación conforme que se realiza en el marco de controles jurídicos y políticos sobre los órganos del Estado.In these lines is analyzed the principle of interpretation according to the Constitution and its link to the Constitutional State of law. The limits to this interpretation are also analyzed as it is carried out within the framework of legal and political controls over the organs of the State.
