© 2019 NADIA. In this current industrial generation, accustoming to Industry 4.0 or 4th generation automation has been widely recognized. Converting traditional to ergonomically sophisticated machines to function automatically without any intervention of humans have become available in the market. Due to its assurance of efficiency, quality, reliability, and superiority over manual systems, incorporating Industrial Automation has improved productivity within a short period of time. Consequently, upgrading automated machines by integrating a programmable logic controller (PLC) has been a promising solution. Furthermore, this PLC is equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) which creates a new connectivity method called the Industrial-Internet of Things (I-IoT). This paper focuses on consolidating a completely automated hydraulic machine, the features of IoT and implementing Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Technology. This achieves the main objective of industrial energy saving, occupational safety, labor extensiveness and lowering time consumption by establishing remote control and monitor, remote troubleshoot, feasible technological human interaction and predictive maintenance.
