Abstract

Some corrections have been made to this paper online, to correct errors in the tables. In Table 2, the labels “By contrast condition” and “By outcome time point” have been swapped. In the column headed g and row headed “Post-treatment AOD”, “0.121” has changed to “-0.121”. In the column headed g and row headed “Other MHD” “-.023” has changed to “-0.023” Some other formatting changes have been made to the tables for clarity, but they do not affect the factual accuracy of the paper. The publisher apologises for these errors.
