Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the relative effects (benefits and harms) of all surgical treatments used in the management of extracapsular hip fractures in adults, using a network meta-analysis of randomised trials, and to generate a hierarchy of interventions according to their outcomes.
