Abstract
This review discusses the development of novel anti-tuberculosis (TB) agents, the stages necessary for the development of new anti-TB agents, breakthroughs in the discovery of new active principles and targets, the preclin. and clin. development of drugs, as well as the new approaches for the search of anti-TB active principles.
