Developmental hip dysplasia (DHD) is the most common disorder affecting pediatric hip; screening all neonates clinically, and using ultrasonography selectively for those babies who are at high risk is a widespread recommendation. our goal is to evaluate the impact that USG diagnosis and early treatment of DHD has had on the child population of our unit.
