Abstract

The article offers information on some strategies related to the primary care. Topics discussed include Laughter Yoga, a type of group-based laughter exercise that involves simulated laughter, gentle stretching, rhythmic breathing, and meditation; hormonal contraception for unintended pregnancy; and dealing with difficult patients such as patients with higher body mass index, HbA1c values, and less health literate.
