Methodology for Assessing the Financial and Economic Security of the Agro-Industrial Complex

Abstract

Enough attention has been paid to studying the threats that cause the global food shortage. At the same time at the regional level, a number of scientists have worked at researching and solving the relevant issues. However, the issue of optimizing indicators and proposals for developing the methodology for assessing the financial and economic security of the agro-industrial complex has not been raised. In this respect, the relevance of this methodology is particularly enhanced under the conditions when the quality of management at the regional level requires efficient decisions. The purpose of the article is to consider monitoring of the financial and economic security of the agro-industrial complex through the method of its assessment using the example of the Republic of Crimea.
