Resumen La presente contribución no pretende ofrecer una aproximación al delito continuado de modo constructivo, entendido en términos literales. Es decir, no busca ratificar u ofrecer criterios de conexión que permitan identificar una hipótesis de continuación delictiva. Nuestro objetivo apunta más bien a problematizar la función que dichos elementos están llamados a cumplir frente a los casos problemáticos que aborda esta institución basados en los objetivos que parecie-ran inspirarla. Se concluye tras dicho contraste que el delito continuado procura canalizar una multiplicidad de intereses y que la inadvertencia de esta diversidad ha incidido negativamente, y de forma decisiva, en su capacidad de rendimiento para ofrecer soluciones aceptables respecto de los problemas que procura resolver, asumiendo la tarea de proponer una conceptualización básica que tiende a neutralizar dicho efecto. Delito continuado-concurso de delitos-reiteración delictiva Continuing offense and concurrent offences Abstract The present contribution is not intended to provide an approximation to the continuous commission of a felony in a constructive key, given it in literal terms. This means that it does not seeks to ratify or to offer a connection criteria which will aloud to identify an hypothesis to the continuous commission of a felony. Our goal says relationship with identifying the problems that the role that such elements are called to face within the problematic cases that deals with this institution, based on the objectives that seem to inspire it. It is concluded after the contrast that the continuous commission of a felony seeks to channel a multiplicity of interests and that the unawareness of this diversity has influenced negatively, and decisively, in its capacity of performance to offer acceptable solutions regarding the problems which seeks to resolve, assuming the task of proposing a basic concept that tends to neutralize this effect.
