Brownian motion is the random motion of nanoparticles in a fluid. When the movement has reached a point equilibrium, then given a disturbance it will take a very long time to return to a state of equilibrium. This research is a literature study by reviewing some of the literature that is in line with this research and using analytic calculations. Method Shortcuts to Adiabaticity (STA) is one of the solutions to accelerate this adiabatic quantum dynamics by adding additional energy to the system so that it can reach a point equilibrium back so that the system can be characterized. This method is applied to the Kramers equation which is tested with partially damped Brownian motion (underdamped). The result obtained from this method is an additional term in the form of additional energy depending on the constant friction () and is time dependent which is affected by the initial potential. Using this method can find the distribution characteristics of the Brownian particles which are much faster
