Abstract
The present study involved the development of a control panel system and an Android Bluetooth app for suc-cessfully working a real-time integrated sensor. The control panel was developed using an Arduino Uno mi-crocontroller, specifically the ATmega 328P model-based system, to ensure exceptional performance with advanced AVR technology and numerous program-ming options for various solutions. The major assembly units of the control panel were HX711 amplifier, LM393 module, node-MCU (ESP32), HL-52S relay and HW-316 LM2596 power relay, CH376S USB flash module for data storage, and liquid-crystal display module for displaying data. The structure of the Android app was written in Android Studio, which connects to the ESP32 module and continuously collects measurement data, which are shared directly on the app screen. The Android Bluetooth app was developed on the Flutter platform as a free, open-source box used for Android applications and software development tools.
