Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model resiliensi akademik berbantuan konseling kelompok. Adapun data penelitian dihimpun menggunakan instrumen inventori resiliesnsi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan persentase untuk hasil inventori dan wawancara dengan deskripsi kualitatif. Partisipan penelitian mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling berjumlah 80 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desain model faktual yang berorientasi pada system. Desain konseptual menggunakan model pengembangan pembelajaran 4D untuk meningkatkan resiliensi akademik berbantuan konseling kelompok. Tahapan desain model kolaboratif 4D dan konseling kelompok sistematis dan sistemik sehingga mempermudah mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan praktek konseling kelompok. Respon mahasiswa tentang model resiliensi akademik berbantuan konseling kelompok menunjukkan resiliensi mahasiswa secara umum tinggi, artinya ketangguhan membantu mengentaskan mahasiswa dalam kelompok tinggi. Selanjutnya secara berurutan aspek resiliensi tertinggi yaitu aspek 0ptimism, Causal analysis, empathy, self efficacy, reaching out, emotion regulation, impulse control. Temuan ini mengisyaratkan mahasiswa mempunyai keyakinan kuat bahwa masalah pribadi, social, karir dan belajar dapat terselesaikan dengan ketangguhan pribadi dan kekuatan anggota kelompok melalui praktek konseling kelompokKata Kunci: model 4D, resiliensi akademik, pembelajaran konseling kelompok.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop a model of academic resilience assisted by group counseling. The research data were collected using resilience inventory instruments and interviews. Data were analyzed by percentage for inventory results and interviews with qualitative descriptions. The research participants of guidance and counseling students amounted to 80 people. The result of the research shows that the design of the factual model is system-oriented. The conceptual design uses a 4D learning development model to improve academic resilience assisted by group counseling. The design stages of the 4D collaborative model and systematic and systemic group counseling make it easier for students to carry out group counseling practices. Student responses about the academic resilience model assisted by group counseling showed that student resilience was generally high, meaning that toughness helped alleviate students in high groups. Next, the highest aspects of resilience are: optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, reaching out, emotion regulation, impulse control. These findings indicate that students have a strong belief that personal, social, career and learning problems can be resolved with the personal toughness and strength of group members through the practice of group counseling.
