Abstract
Five patients with anterior dislocation of the lens and homocystinuria are presented, and the literature on these subjects is briefly reviewed. The management of this dual problem is discussed, and it is suggested that, whenever possible, the dislocated lens should be reposited without recourse to general anesthesia.
