El sistema indemnizatorio del triple computo en la ley de propiedad industrial

Abstract

The compensation system of the "triple computation" has been adopted by the Chilean law of industrial property in their article 108. However, this precept it's faraway of being strictly one of compensation character, it adopts two enrichment forms at least without cause that they are analyzed under the Civil code rules and the day by day more stronger influence of the strict liability. © 2009 Universidad de Talca, Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales.
