Abstract

Notaries and PPATs have legal protection in carrying out their positions. The problem in this journal is how the form of legal protection for Notaries and PPAT in carrying out their profession. The research method used in this journal is normative research. The results of this journal's research are a form of legal protection by a Notary in carrying out their profession, namely the Notary Supervisory Council and Notary Authority Council in accordance with Article 66 A paragraph (1) UUJN while the form of legal protection by PPAT is the presence of the PPAT and / or IPPAT Supervisory and Supervisory Council. is to provide legal assistance to PPAT in accordance with Article 50 Permen ATR / Head of BPN Number 2 of 2018. The conclusion of this journal is that Notaries and PPAT have different forms of legal protection but the purpose of legal protection obtained by Notaries and PPAT is the same, namely to protect Notaries and PPAT if they make a mistake up to the court's authority in carrying out their position.
