Abstract

Genetic transformation of P. aeruginosa by the drug-resistance factor DNA (RP4) is reported. Transformants retain all the drug-resistance characteristics present in the parent plasmid. © 1977, Applied Microbiology, Molecular and Cellular Biosciences Research Foundation. All rights reserved.
