Abstract

This article deals with the conceptual approach to optimize efficiency and power of a highly loaded gas turbine flow path design. Different problems were analyzed during low pressure turbine (LPT) preliminary design of high-bypass aircraft jet engine. © 2008 Gas Turbine Society of Japan.
