Abstract

Mutations in an essential yeast gene, encoding DNA polymerase ∈, abolish the dependence of mitosis on the completion of DNA replication, suggesting that the replication complex provides the checkpoint signal. © 1995 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
