Abstract

This paper describes some of the results of continued development work aimed at establishing the best compositions and processing conditions obtaining high strength together with high toughness by controlled rolling. This includes the effects of Nb, V, Cu, Ni, and Cr on mechanical properties, and the effects of sulfur, cross rolling, and controlled rolling on transition temperatures. Data are plotted.
