Abstract

This study seeks to measure the effect of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy Approach Module in Conflict Management of Guidance and Counseling Teachers of Secondary School. This module was developed based on the library study of Rational of Emotive Behavior Therapy Theory by Ellis (1995).
