Abstract

The goal of this article is to assess the quality of the current stage of the digitals economy development, as well as is to investigate whether the development of digitalization processes will solve the problem of regional asymmetry in the development of the World Economy, and the hypothesis for this paper was the assumption that the economic relations implemented in the digital space affect the overall quality of the digitalization of the economy and can contribute to solving the problem of uneven regional development and will also reduce the gap between developed and developing countries. The methodology of work is based on a combination of methods of statistical, logical, graphical and regional analysis, it is also due to the application of general scientific methods and a comparative approach. The result of this paper is the conclusion that the Digital Economy creates the conditions for the quality development of regions.
