Abstract

The ocular manifestations of vitamin B-complex deficiency include blepharo-conjunctivitis, epithelial keratitis, nutritional amblyopia, corneal vascularization, night blindness, and general blindness. The first three are definite manifestations of vitamin B-complex deficiency. Corneal vascularization is seen in a number of cases, but in this condition other factors may be involved.
