Abstract

The task of teacher in current generation is not just traditional based teaching and knowledge, rather a teacher of the day has to deal with net generation who are furnished with information communication, collaboration related knowledge and skills. Teachers need to know students with student, facilities and inspire student learning and creativity so that all the students achieve in the global society. Although image of the teacher in 21st century era has been changed from traditional to transformational teaching. Now we know 21st century work is based on the skills movement and every teachers and students need these skills to be an effective teaching and participant in the new global (economy) providence. 21st century teachers have enormous role to play for better educator or learner in a new global society.
