La regulación de la prohibición de aproximarse a la víctima en el Código Penal español

Abstract

In this paper we will analyze the legal nature, content, conditions for application, durability, execution and breach of the ancillary penalty about the prohibition to approach to the victim in the Spanish Criminal Law. The aim is to identify deficiencies in its regulation and make proposals for improving it.
