Recently, the educational system all around the world has continuously done efforts to the quality assurance in education. The concept of responsibility; has been at the center of debates worldwide as well as in European countries. Many of these countries have created and are creating new models of quality assurance in education. In this context, recently, the Republic of Kosovo has also created quality assurance systems in education and is currently developing many of its aspects in education. In the framework of this study, we will try to analyze the way the quality assurance system works in Kosovo's education, how are the performance standards determined, the bearers of the evaluation process, the role of the teacher, the school principal, the evaluation procedures, the level of performance, and also their implementation. This study also aims to measure the relationship between internal evaluation (such as self-evaluation of teachers and school principals), and external evaluation (such as education inspectors).
