New Approaches to Federalism in Mexico, Through a Greater Preponderance of State Participation in Immigration Matters

Abstract

This study is an investigation from a Mexican constitutional law point of view and legislation of migration in Mexico, with intention to open a theoretical channel of reflection on the implications of the configuration of current Mexican federalism and its constitutional limits within the systems of legislative powers in the migratory field, that preponderates the actions of the federal entities.
