HUBUNGAN USIA IBU, PARITAS DAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DENGAN KEJADIAN BAYI BERAT LAHIR RENDAH (BBLR) DI RSUD SITI FATIMAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia ibu, paritas dan kadar hemoglobin dengan kejadian BBLR di RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2020. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 74 responden dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi peneliti. Analisis hasil menggunakan Chi-Square (bivariat) dengan p value= 0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia ibu dengan kejadian BBLR (p-value= 0,006), ada hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian BBLR (p-value= 0,005), dan ada hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan kejadian BBLR (p-value= 0,006). Simpulan: Ada hubungan antara usia ibu, paritas dan kadar hemoglobin dengan kejadian BBLR di RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2020. Aim: This study aimed to find out the relationship among maternal age, parity and hemoglobin levels with the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) in RSUD Siti Fatimah, South Sumatra Province in 2020. Method: This study used quantitative desciptive with cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 74 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique based on the researcher’s inclusion criteria. This study used Chi-Square (bivariate) with p-value < 0.05 in analyzing the data. Result: The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of LBW with p- value of 0.006, parity and the incidence of LBW p-value of 0.005, and hemoglobin levels and the incidence of LBW with p-value of 0.006. Conclusion: There was a relationship among maternal age, parity and hemoglobin levels with the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) in RSUD Siti Fatimah, South Sumatra Province in 2020.
