Abstract

The prime objective of this research paper is to diagnose the mutual fund selection behaviour of the customers. The researcher considered the perceived risk as the moderating variable to determine the investment decisions towards the mutual fund selections. Furthermore, the researcher identified intrinsic fund qualities, credibility of firm, competent performance and tangible benefits are considered as the independent variables of the study. The statistical analysis revealed the mediating impact of perceived risk on investment decision over the proposed independent variables.
