Abstract

The article focuses on the real world and emotions in field research concerning the experience of the novice fieldworkers. The success of every research will depend on the relationship between the emotions and how the researchers face the pressure in the fieldwork. Researchers presented the common problems and realities that they encountered during the research. This will include, fear to admit troublesome aspects during interactions in the field, and this affect their competence and objectivity of their study. Secondly, the anxieties about such problems like sexual attraction between researcher and researcher staff or professor. Therefore, in doing such field work, it needs to have self-examination and reflection to recognize the emotions and actions as it will be part of the study.
