The article focuses on the concept of centers of excellence in digital supply chains. It stresses on the customer engagement in digital asset management and discusses the benefits of technology for individuals, groups and organizations that use technology to maximize value creation, improving quality and bringing value to a global business ecosystem. It defines global business ecosystem by classifying it into three categories which include process as a service.
