Abstract

Congenital or acquired anatomical abnormalities of the penis may interfere with cohabitation and normal deposition of semen. These congenital anatomical variations especially include abnormal position of the urethral meatus (hypospadias/epispadias), but also, penile deviations due to induratio penis plastica (IPP; Peyronie's disease) which represents the most common clinical problem. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
