Abstract

The increasing number of private transportation in Indonesia up to 10% per year affected in increasing air pollution which is very worrying. The urgency to make affordable urban planning that encourage people to walk as one of the solution. TOD as an integrated zoning system enables the realization of a reduction in the number of private transportation while accomodating mobility on foot. Walking habit is become a long-term mission and can not be achieved without through some phases. Besides that, Indonesia as a tropical country has a relatively high environmental temperature factor which can inhibit outdoor activities. In this research, e-scooter will be an alternative mode of transportation that can respond to the vision of reducing the number of private transportation as well as being an aspect of encouraging people in Indonesia as one of tropical country to do an outdoor activities.
