The objective is to present a conceptual theoretical framework that has the condition to contribute to improving the National Curricular Guidelines for Administration Courses (DCNs) and, therefore, to collaborate with the development of Course Pedagogical Projects (PPCs), both in the face-to-face and the distance. Through qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach, the study was developed through an interview with those involved in the process of training the Administrator and allowed the development of a theoretical scheme, in the light of the proposal by Strauss and Corbin (2008) and an immersion in the phenomenon of adherence of the DCNs with the context of the fourth industrial revolution. From the thematic analysis developed, it was possible to arrive at a proposal for a central category, validated with the respondents and which allows adaptations to the current DCNs.
