Abstract

Digital Learning Resources (DLRs) are designed to implement pedagogies based on the use of technology and contribute to the teaching and learning process. However, the diversity of approaches for the assessment of DLRs is a barrier to the evaluation process. Therefore, the Taxonomy for the Assessment of Digital Learning Resources (TADLR – Version 2.0) is proposed from 26 approaches described in national and international literature. This includes dimensions of software quality, quality of use and pedagogical quality. In order to verify the adequacy of the referred taxonomy with the potential evaluators of DLRs, 32 experts in the area of Software quality and 45 in the area of quality of use answered two questionnaires elaborated in the scope of this research. In addition, 7 interviews were also carried out with 21 educators. As a result, TADLR – V2 has 4 dimensions, 17 categories and 49 criteria for assessing RDAs.
