The United Kingdom is one of the states that has been alert to the issue of monopoly in the digital era. Therefore, the paper will take a comprehensive comparison to measure Indonesia’s and the United Kingdom’s measures in preparing its competition authorities to embattle data-driven monopoly. The outcome of the paper will be a reflection to be more alert to drawbacks in the digital market, especially data-driven monopoly.
