Abstract

A statistical description of the infinitesimal model, allowing for dominance and inbreeding. Derives the model for individual loci first, and then gives the conditions under which the infinitesimal limit can be taken. Not convincing, because the scaling is arbitrary (though the same might be said of my method ?).
