This study was conducted to analyze the 112 emergency services in Indonesia through a comparative study with the 911 emergency services operating in America. The aim is to find out the factors that make 112 still not so relied upon by Indonesian society as a whole when an emergency is occurring. The research was conducted using the netnography method, where social media is used as the main source of information in gathering public opinion in Indonesia. YouTube, Instagram
