Both intemational Humanitaraian LawandIslamic Lawprotect the rights ofprisoners of war in medical support, their human values and their right to getprotection guarantee. Both concepts alsohavea mutual dependence, becausesome West scholars admitted thattreat ment concept ofprisoners ofwar in Intemational Humanitarian Law adopted from Islamic concept.
