Abstract

Chorismate synthase (EC 4.6.1.4) was detected in tissue extracts and chloroplast preparations of pea (Pisum sativum L.) in the presence of reduced flavin generated by dithionite. Chorismate synthase and anthranilate synthase were present in intact chloroplasts isolated by density gradient centrifugation. © 1986.
