Abstract

El texto se presenta inicialmente como una aproximación al concepto de Gobierno Abierto para finalmente detenerse y exponer de manera breve la actuación de España en el marco de la OGP y su planes de acción, con especial referencia a la formulación y los contenidos del IV Plan de Acción 2020-2024.The text is initially presented as an approach to the concept of Open Government to finally stop and briefly expose Spain's actions within the framework of the OGP and its action plans, with special reference to the formulation and contents of the IV Plan of Action 2020-2024.
