Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training, transfer and job rotation on employee motivation. This study uses a causal analysis design with quantitative research methods. The population in this study consisted of currently active ASN at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sulawesi Province totaling 93 people. With a purposive sampling technique with consideration of ASNs who have attended training, have been transferred and rotated 88 people. The data in this study were obtained directly from filling out a questionnaire. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. and in terms of data processing using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant effect of training, transfer and job rotation on employee motivation at the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of South Sulawesi Province.
