Abstract

The life expectancy of micro, small and medium enterprises in Mexico according to official data is 6.9 years, a worrying fact considering that they generate more than 70% of the jobs in the country, thus having an important participation in their economy . This work has the purpose of making an analysis of strategies that contribute to its productivity and competitiveness, which positively impacts the life cycle of micro, small and medium enterprises. For this, the adoption of better administrative practices is proposed, such as; the implementation of operational and financial budgets linked to the administrative process as a means to ensure an efficient and reliable process.
