Abstract

Currently, Social Media is the leading platform in conducting social activities and buying and selling, especially in this limitation of space due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Government strongly advises all Indonesian citizens to stay away from crowds and try to stay at home. This Global Crisis also has an impact on the high unemployment rate caused by many factors due to the impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Of course, every human being tries to survive and find solutions in order to continue to live life, especially in supporting family welfare. Women are social beings who have the ability to multitask by selling food and drinks, crafting and being a fashion designer as a form of economic support in the family. This food and beverage sale is one of the creative industry activities in micro, small and medium enterprises, through integrated marketing communications activities on digital platforms. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting online interviews with three women in the Surabaya City National Craft. In this research it was found that the large role of social media in marketing the food and beverage and fashion accessories business into a creative industry business that is quite easy to apply and supports the household economy.
