The article Reduced interference in working memory following mindfulness training is associated with increases in hippocampal volume, written by Jonathan Greenberg, Victoria L. Romero, Seth Elkin-Frankston, Matthew A. Bezdek, Eric H. Schumacher, and Sara W.
