M ethodology: 20 subjects suffering from frozen shoulder w ere random ized int o tw o t reat m ent groups. Group A subject s w ere given hot pack and M ait land m obilizat ion w it h exercises and Group B w it h Laser t herapy and supervised exercises. Pat ient s w ere assessed using VAS, SPADI and ROM (flexion, ext ension, abduct ion ext ernal rot at ion and int ernal rot at ion) scores. Result: It show s t hat t he variable scores for all t he variables im proved significant ly in bot h t he groups nam ely M ait land t herapy group as w ell as LASER t herapy group. But it w as found t hat in " 0 day versus 30 days", " 30 vs 90 days" as w ell as t he " 0 day versus 90 days" t he im provem ent w as m uch higher in t he M ait land t herapy group.
